The Cryptomark is not SEC-compliant. It is for Non-US-Investors with affiliation declaration only. As a company within a Non-UCC microstate we have no interface to UCC states and their offices at the moment for a token based on a non-convertible currency (like Iraqui Denar).

The Cryptomark’s only purpose is to buy and sell products and services within the structures of the Kingdom of Germany (products and services offered from German territory that are within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Germany, i.e. affiliates, nationals, registered companies)

There is no change into FIAT money (Euro, Dollar etc.) allowed in most countries.
Even if a stablecoin based on a foreign Non-UCC country’s currency is legal in your legislation, you would maybe have to declare the whole process of purchasing, trading and exchanging the Cryptomark and are maybe due to taxation and administrative work if you would exchange Cryptomark into FIAT money.
Use the Cryptomark only if it is legal in your country, according to the laws that apply to you and at your own risk and responsibility.
(Hints: It would count as a stablecoin that is not registered in your country, or as a „Security token“.)
We recommend to include the code „777“ in the last digits of your transactions to make it clear that you did the transaction on purpose within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Germany.
